WOOD v. EDDIE JAMISON

Steinmeyer Roth LLP represented the trustee of a family trust in an elder abuse lawsuit filed in Ventura County Superior Court. After our law firm prevailed at trial, the attorney filed an appeal seeking to overturn the judgment finding him liable for elder abuse. The Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the trustee, finding the attorney's conduct so egregious and harmful to the law profession that it felt compelled to admonish him in a published decision.
