WOOD v. EDDIE JAMISON

Steinmeyer Roth LLP represented Plaintiff Craig Wood as Trustee of the Peterson Living Trust in an elder abuse lawsuit filed in Ventura County Superior Court. The defendants in this tragic case included a lender and a California attorney, who also happened to be the Playgirl Man of the Millenium. After our law firm prevailed at trial, the attorney, Eddie Jamison, filed an appeal seeking to overturn the judgment finding him liable for elder abuse. The Court of Appeals found Jamison's conduct so egregious and harmful to the law profession that it felt compelled to admonish him in a published decision.
